Certificates of successful completion of the “Agrokebety” program

Master’s graduates in agronomy at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University received certificates of successful completion of the “Agrokebety” program.

Graduates of agronomists confirmed the acquisition of universal agricultural manager skills thanks to participation in the educational project “Agrokebety” and received certificates that are recognized and valued by many leading agricultural companies.

In September 2022, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Association “Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business” and the educational project “Agrokebety” for the training of future specialists in agronomy under the newest master’s program. And this year, the first graduation of masters took place, who received certificates of successful completion of studies under the “Agrokebety” program and diplomas of the state model for obtaining the educational qualification of master in agronomy.

The educational program “Agrokebety” was created at the request of agribusiness and takes into account all the skills and knowledge necessary for agricultural producers, therefore it is known and appreciated among agribusiness companies that seek to attract young specialists to their companies and students who plan to get a good job and build a career related to agrarian business. “Today’s youth understands that the agricultural sector is very promising and high-tech. It is in this field that there is a rapid development of technologies and IT solutions, and almost instantaneous implementation of innovations in practice. Although the motivational aspect cannot be dismissed. We must state that today in the agricultural industry there are high salaries and opportunities for career growth” – Anatolii TSYRKUN, head of the educational project “Agrokebety” in Ukraine. Students of this program receive more practical than theoretical knowledge and current information, which is currently necessary for work in the agricultural sector. Also, very important is the mentoring of each student by representatives of agribusiness and the opportunity to undergo internships in leading agricultural companies. In the case of a positive result, after completing the internship, students can expect employment on market conditions, and some of them have already received a job in their mentor’s company. The entire training cycle is saturated with guest lectures by experts from project partner companies.

We congratulate our graduates – masters in agronomy on the completion of their studies and wish them a successful career in agrarian business for the benefit of Ukraine!

The academic community of the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences and the administration of LTSNU express their sincere gratitude to Alex Lissitsa, Anatolii Tsyrkun, Alla Kravchenko, the entire team of the “Agrokebety” project for their cooperation in training future agronomists (https://agrokebety.com/) .
