Career orientation meetings in Poltava district

Structural university subdivisions located in Poltava city held career orientation meetings with school graduates.

On March 19 and 20, the Educational and Research Institute of Arts (Alona Tereshchenko), Educational and Research Institute of Health Care and Sports (Roman Pavlov) and Educational and Research Institute of Philology and Iournalism (Viktoria Dmytrenko) took part in the career orientation meetings. 

Meetings were held with directorates and students of the following educational institutions: Lyceum No. 17 “Intellect” and School No. 24 in Poltava; Seleshchyn Lyceum, Mashiv Lyceum, Karliv Lyceum No. 3, Karliv Lyceum No. 4 and Karliv Lyceum named after Nina Gerasimenko of the Poltava District.

Cooperation agreements were signed between the directors of the educational institutions and the University.

Booklets of the university and institutes were distributed to schoolchildren. The representatives of the institutes talked about the history and structure of the university, about its outstanding graduates, and the current locations. They were invited to open days.

And some future entrants already have something that only first-year students receive – a badge, a symbol of dedication to students, which was received by the most attentive listeners. We hope that this will be a sign for them in the future choice of the university!
