On March 12, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor of the Department of Political Science and International Relations Svitlana Vovk held an open lecture.

The open lecture on the topic: “Forms of direct democracy in Ukraine” within the educational component “Law (Theory of the state and law. Constitutional law. Administrative law. Legal foundations of political activity)” was held for students of the 1st year of the first (bachelor’s) level of education “Political Science”, specialty 052 “Political science”.

The lecturer analyzed in detail various forms of direct participation of citizens in the political process, focusing on their application and effectiveness in the context of Ukrainian democracy. The participants of the lecture had the opportunity to better understand the principles of democracy and its implementation in modern Ukrainian society.
