Painting exhibition

The ER INAS together with the educational subdivisions of the Myrhorod location joined the opening of the painting exhibition on the occasion of the 210th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko’s birthday.

The students and teachers of the Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences together with the educational subdivisions of the Myrhorod location of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, visited the Opanas Slastyon Myrhorod Museum of Local Lore for the opening of the exhibition of paintings by Anatolii KRYVOBOCHENKO, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, “Along Shevchenko Paths”.

The exhibition is dedicated to the 210th anniversary of the birth of the great Kobzar, depicts the places and streets of Myrhorod as Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko saw them during his visits to our city.

For many years, Anatolii Mykolayovych was inspired by Ukrainian architecture and masterfully recreated picturesque corners on his canvases. From now on, everyone can visit the museum and take a walk along Anatolii Kryvobochenko’s “Shevchenko Paths”.
