Taras Shevchenko is a phenomenon of his era and a genius of the Ukrainian nation.
In the first days of March, there is a special date for every Ukrainian – March 9 is the birthday of Great Kobzar, prophet, Ukrainian genius Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko.
Taras Shevchenko is a national symbol of the Ukrainian people, who awakened the Ukrainian soul and established the spiritual foundation of the nation for the struggle of many generations of Ukrainians for freedom and independence.
Being a man of universal talents and interests, Shevchenko left behind a huge creative legacy and a spiritual legacy that is passed down from generation to generation. He raised the spiritual greatness and beauty of the Ukrainian word to the highest heights. Taras Shevchenko was, is and will forever remain the most important person in the formation of our state.
On the eve of the celebration of the birthday of the great son of our people, Taras Shevchenko, the 1st-4th year students majoring in “Social Work. Social Pedagogy. Practical Psychology” took part in Adviser classes, which became not only a platform for honoring his creativity, but also an opportunity to dive into the depths of his life. Students expressed their respect and admiration for the work of Taras Shevchenko. Each of them presented the results of their research and reconnaissance aimed at revealing the myths and facts surrounding this outstanding figure.
210 years have passed since the birth of the Great Kobzar, but every word written by the poet is still relevant. Right now, during the war for our values and identity, the great words engraved in the heart of every patriot and inspiring us to victory remain important: “Fight – Win”!
