The lecturers of the Department of Romance & Germanic Philology joined the World Cambridge Day

The Department of Romance & Germanic Philology lecturers took part in the online conference Cambridge University Press held by the British publishing house on February 24, 2024.

Cambridge University Press in Ukraine offers teachers extensive methodological support. The first session was devoted to discussing the problem of teaching English language students at all stages – from the initial stage to using the language in professional activities with the involvement of Multimedia Projects – Developing Skills for Life.

The teachers were introduced to the methodology of teaching students Digital Literacy – using the latest digital technologies to form and improve speaking and reading skills using the example of various exercises and recommendations.

All teachers received certificates and access to methodological materials and Cambridge University Press textbooks, in which special attention is paid to developing creativity, critical thinking, and communication of students in English using digital tools (Digital Tools).
