Associate member of the Expert Council of Students

The representative of our university was elected as an associate member of the Expert Council of students of higher education institutions.

The representative of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” was elected as an associate member of the Expert Council of students of higher education institutions under the People’s Deputy Grishina Yu. M., as the chairman of the subcommittee on higher education of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science and Innovation.

Student of the 1 year of the second (master`s) level of higher education of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, specialty 231 Social Work; educational program “Social Work. Social Pedagogy. Practical Psychology ” OlhaKORINSKA was delegated by LTSNU and approved by the Expert Council, where she will represent the interests of her Alma Mater`s students.

On February 22, the 10th meeting of the Council was held, where, in accordance with the issue 1.1. of agenda Mrs. Olha was introduced into the Council, having received the right to vote at meetings on issues determined by the agenda of meetings.

The key goal of the Council is to hear the voice of students who do not want to stay away, but have a clear vision of the development of higher education and Ukraine; ensuring the participation of students in the legislative process; popularization of ideas for improving activities in the field of higher education; consultations of students on the development of higher education and the student movement.

The main prospects are cooperation with European partners and the introduction of student centrism trends at all educational levels.
