Vitalii Kurylo’s meeting with the head of the Starobilsk DSA

The head of the Academic Council of LTSNU, academician of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Vitalii Kurylo met with the head of the Starobilsk Regional State Administration Volodymyr Cherevatyi.

During the meeting, the directions of cooperation on the restoration of the educational sector in the de-occupied territories were discussed, the issues of supporting IDPs and helping children were raised: teacher training, development of educational regulations, education of students with disabilities and special needs, school autonomy, education for gifted children, formal and informal education , development of educational spaces, educational activities for IDPs, assistance in implementing support programs for IDPs, creation of library space, work with children.

Volodymyr Cherevatyi emphasized: “Today, it is important to understand that the educational sector will need a complete restoration and reboot: premises, personnel, contingent, material base. We must be ready for all the challenges that await us, because the education of the younger generation is the best investment for the future.”

So we will work to support children, especially adolescence, which is the most important stage in personality formation and identity development. One of the important areas of cooperation is the development of the youth movement and the involvement of young people in important processes in public life.
