Scientific and methodical seminar for lexicographers

The students majoring in “Secondary education. Ukrainian language and literature” had the second session of the scientific and methodical seminar.

On February 17, the second session of the scientific-methodological seminar “A student: ways of self-organization of the Ukrainian lexicographer” was held, in particular for students of the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels majoring in 014.01 “Secondary education. Ukrainian language and literature”.

The moderator of the seminar, the head of the Ukrainian Language Department, Professor Alla Nikitina, introduced the participants to the program of the seminar and noted that research competence is a structural part of the professional competence of a future lexicographer, a dynamic complex of formed knowledge, skills, judgments, beliefs, ways of thinking, value guidelines, which are manifested in the ability to possess scientific thinking, analyze scientific literature, carry out observations, synthesis, analysis, predictions to solve controversial issues, and perform research work.
