Abstracts: traditionally in the middle of February, recalling the Budapest Open Access Initiative, which was announced on February 14, 2002, we discuss what is new in the field of open science and open access. We will analyze open publications of Ukrainian scientists using WebofScience and InCites. Let’s stop at the new indexes of preprints and dissertations. Of course, we will mention the business models of magazines, and how to find open access publications and those with free publications.
