Introductory general meeting of students at the ER INAS

On February 6, the introductory general meeting of students was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences.

At the beginning of the second academic semester, the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences traditionally held the introductory general meeting of students online using the GoogleMeet platform.

The meeting was attended by the director of the Institute Nataliia MATSAI, deputy director for educational work Olha GUBSKA, deputy director for social and humanitarian work Vira YAVTUSHENKO, deputy director for scientific, project and international work Iryna KYRPYCHOVA, heads of departments of the institute, teachers and full-time bachelor’s and master’s students.

The meeting began with the congratulatory words of the Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agrarian Sciences Nataliia MATSAI, who congratulated the staff of the institute on the change of faculty status. According to the decision of the Academic Council of the university, from February 1, 2024, the Faculty of Natural Sciences was reorganized into the Educational and Research Institute of Natural and Agricultural Sciences. NataliIa Yuriivna also congratulated the teachers and students on the start of the second academic semester, wished them success in their studies and creative achievements.

The deputy dean for academic work Olha GUBSKA spoke about the results of the previous academic semester and introduced students to the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. Special attention was paid to students who will complete their studies in June of this year.

The deputy director for social and humanitarian work, Vira Yavtushenko, provided information on the calculation of points for the social and public activity of students for the first semester. Vira Valentynivna also provided information on social issues necessary for students. Iryna KYRPYCHOVA, deputy director for scientific, project and international work, explained the calculation of points for scientific work to students of the institute based on the results of their work in the first semester.

At the end of the meeting, the students had the opportunity to ask questions and get answers to them.
