The public reception of the ER ITT on issues of consumer rights protection continues its work.

A regular meeting of the Public Admissions Office of the ER ITT on issues of consumer rights protection was held online using the Microsoft Teams platform, at which the statement prepared by the specialists of the NGO “Research Center “Independent Expertise” was reviewed and analyzed to help the consumer in solving his problems. 

Nataliia Volodymyrivna Omelchenko (Professor of the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Product Expertise of the ER IT, Head of the Board, chief expert of the NGO “Research Center “Independent Expertise”, Ph.D., Professor):

• focused the attention of those present on the application of professional competences in the context of consumer rights protection;
• explained the algorithm for solving a specific situation in order to help a consumer who purchased a product of inadequate quality.

The meeting ended with the expressed gratitude of the consumer for the help provided to him.
