Defense of master’s theses in ecology

A successful certification of master’s students majoring in Ecology was held at the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology. 

The master’s students majoring in Ecology presented the results of their research to the examination commission, presented their knowledge and ability to analyze, find an original approach, and apply the acquired knowledge in practice. The chairman of the examination commission Oleg PROSKURNIN (doctor of technical sciences, leading researcher of the NSU “Ukrainian Research Institute of Environmental Problems”) and members of the examination commission noted that the master’s students demonstrated deep knowledge in the field of ecology, revealing new approaches to solving important environmental problems and became indispensable participants in creating a sustainable future.

We are proud of our young specialists who have done a great job in difficult conditions. The topics revealed in the course of the conducted research are extremely relevant. Issues such as the development of measures to improve environmental safety, regional environmental problems, analysis of the factors shaping the environmental situation, assessment of potential risk, and others were considered. The master’s students were fluent in the material from the chosen research topic and provided comprehensive answers, which is evidence of a high level of their theoretical and practical training.

The staff of the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology sincerely wishes graduates a successful career and the realization of their opportunities for the benefit and development of our country.
