Rectorate Meeting

Rectorate of Luhansk National University conducted its regular meeting on April 11.

Agenda included an item on state and development prospects of Faculty of Natural Sciences. It was reported on by the Faculty Dean O. O. Vynohradov. He noted that the Faculty of Natural Sciences has been among the first to organize education process under evacuation.

 “Stationary training with students of Biology speciality has started since November 15, 2014 in Starobilsk and since November 20 in Kreminna – with the students of other specialities. Today education at our university is conducted using distance education technologies”, – noted the Dean of Faculty of Natural Sciences O. O. Vynihradov

Our teachers cooperate with Luhansk Department of Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Luhansk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education and other educational and academic institutions of Ukraine, participate in conducting regional and national pupil and student Olympiads and competitions.

Organizational work, labor, moral, aesthetic and patriotic education are the most active lines of faculty development.

Using social networking (VKontakte, Facebook) and remote communication tools (Skype, Twitter, etc.) is very important for social and humanitarian activity under evacuation.

Despite some difficulties, Faculty of Natural Sciences stays in the lead among university subdivisions.
