“Art Dialogues” at the Design Department

“Art Dialogues” were held at the Design Department as part of exhibition presentations.

Within the exhibition presentations, the teaching staff of the Design Department increases artistic activity. Meetings take place in the format of “Art Dialogues”.

ART DIALOGUES 1

Man, as a social being, forms certain traits in himself throughout his life and defines for himself guidelines in creativity. The multifaceted nature of life causes a person to form several value systems at the same time. Through the prism of awareness of the values of art and self-awareness of the values of creativity, a hierarchy of values is built.

The result of Nadiia Lukafeinyk’s creative work was the personal exhibition “Fairytale World” in the Poltava V.G. Korolenko Literary and Memorial Museum. The exposition presents works made in various techniques: watercolor, graphics, original painting. The personal exhibition was visited by the head of the Design Department, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor Olga Kostiuk, Honored Education Worker of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor VIacheslav Borisov, Candidate of Aarchitecture Nazar Bozhynskyi, senior teacher Oksana Hetman. A meaningful and productive meeting took place, during which the issues of the artist’s sources of inspiration and the peculiarities of the formation of an individual style of activity were discussed.

ART DIALOGUES 2

The author’s art project “Timelessness” by Nazar Bozhynskyi at the Center of Contemporary Art of the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” impresses with its diversity.

Sculpture, graphics, painting, textiles, clothing, decorative arts, musical instruments. The creative output of the author over 25 years is presented. The Design Department of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University held another “Art Dialogues” meeting during the visit to this performance. The active participation of the author and the relationship between the artist, the work of art and the viewer were interesting for the visitors. The work “Yellow Fish” is indicative, which caused a lively discussion in view of the opinions that appear in the audience.

Modern art allows you to develop the experience of intercultural dialogue and interaction, during which a model of tolerant vision and perception of “culturally different” is formed.
