The purpose of the series of webinars “OPEN KNOWLEDGE IN UNIVERSITIES OF UKRAINE: OPEN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES”: In accordance with the decisions/recommendations of UNESCO and the European Union, to prove the possibility and necessity of involving higher education institutions of Ukraine in the formation of the ecosystem of open educational resources (OER) in the state, in particular to overcome the crisis of the lack of modern accessible educational content in the Ukrainian language and the formation of a pool of free, accessible, inclusive open textbooks for higher education during the period of martial law in the country.
