Bright memory of our colleague and mentor Viktor Tkachenko. 

The management, staff of teachers and students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University were shocked and deeply saddened by the news of the passing away of the long-time director of the Shchastia Vocational Lyceum of Automobile Transport, the head of the Shchastia Branch of the Regional Professional Education Center of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, the Supreme Ataman of the Academy of Cossacks, Field Hetman in the OOS zone, Cossack General Viktor Mykolaiovych Tkachenko.

We express our sincere condolences to the staff of the university, RCPE, family members, and friends for the loss of a great Personality, Citizen, Professional who devoted his whole life to serving Ukraine and professional education.
