All-Ukrainian Seminar

All-Ukrainian Information and Tutorial Seminar has been conducted at Lysychansk Pedagogical College.

On 7 April a seminar “Technological Education in Information and Educative Space” started with exhibition presentation “We Devote Our Work to the Future of Ukraine”. It presented the works by teachers and students of Lysychansk Pedagogical College in different fields of applied and decorative arts.

Leading experts in technological education of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Berdiansk State Pedagogical University, Donbas State Pedagogical University, teachers of Brodov Markiian Shashkevych Pedagogical College, Krasnoarmiisk Pedagogical College and teachers of cyclic commission of engineering disciplines of Lysychansk Pedagogical College, students of speciality “Technological Education”, teachers of Lysyschansk and regional schools and pupils took part in the seminar.

The seminar considered the central problems of technological education including training of future handicraft teachers, implementation of innovative education technologies to education process, implementation of main principles of Technology discipline, mismatch of resource level and information support of educational establishments to training content.

Plenary meeting was ended by a briefing “Technological Education in Education Space”. Head of Department of Production Technologies and Professional Education of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University Viktor Vasylovych Burdun answered the questions concerning development prospects of Techology discipline and necessity of changing plans of study for labour training.

There was a creativity competition after the plenary meeting. Seminar participants enjoyed the defence of creative projects performed by the students of Lysychank Pedagogical College and pupils of Lysychansk schools. Seminar was concluded with two workshops.
