Working meeting of the jury

On December 5, a working meeting of the jury was held in Lubny City Public Organization of the disabled “Veterans of Chornobyl”.
The jury evaluated works in the art competition “BLACK WINGS OF TROUBLE” on the occasion of December 14 – the Day of Commemoration of the liquidators of the Chornobyl disaster and decided on the winners.
