A guest lecture was held on the topic “Progressive Thermal Equipment of Restaurants”.
On the last day of autumn, teachers and students at the Department of Production Technologies and Professional Education had the honor of listening to a guest lecture by Dmytro Pavlovych Kramarenko, associate professor of the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Business at Semyon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, on the topic “Progressive Thermal Equipment of Restaurants.”
The lecture was interesting and relevant, covering a wide range of issues, starting from the history of the emergence of thermal equipment to its modern uses. It was emphasized the importance of modern equipment in restaurants, which is a key factor in the efficiency and quality of service.
Modern heating equipment not only improves the quality of food preparation, but also the efficiency of resource management, which is important for environmental sustainability and economic efficiency. The use of innovative technologies in heating equipment allows restaurant establishments to remain competitive on the market, offering high quality services and adhering to modern safety and hygiene standards.
The event was an excellent opportunity for students and teachers to deepen their knowledge in the field of hotel and restaurant business technologies, as well as to discuss modern trends and challenges faced by professionals in this field.
