An online seminar of young researchers “Research practices of young scientists in the context of the competence paradigm” was recently held.

On November 27-28, 2023, an online seminar of young researchers “Research practices of young scientists in the context of the competence paradigm”.

The event was attended by well-known scientists, doctors of science, professors, as well as young scientists, postgraduate students and master’s students from various higher education institutions of Ukraine.

The head of the Academic Council, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine Vitalii Kurylo delivered a welcome speech from Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, who wished young scientists to find in their scientific searches what is unique, which will make the scientific novelty of each study.

Anatolii Zhuchok, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, also made a presentation on the activities of the post-graduate and doctoral programs of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The postgraduate students of our university with a report on the topic “The role of academic integrity in the context of the competency paradigm of professional training of future specialists” were decently presented by Kateryna Kovalenko, a student of the third (educational-scientific) level of higher education, specialty 011 “Educational, Pedagogical Sciences”.

Such measures, in cooperation with representatives of various scientific schools of our country, are extremely important for the formation of the personality of young researchers and are an integral component of the step-by-step approbation of the results of scientific research while acquiring the skills of a modern scientist.
