The guest lecture on “Evaluation of coffee quality: best European experience” took place.
On November 29, 2023, the teachers of the Department of Production Technologies and Professional Education had a great opportunity to attend a unique guest lecture, which was devoted to the topic of assessing the quality of food products, in particular coffee, in Germany. This event allowed us to immerse ourselves in the world of advanced European experience in this field.
The main speaker of the event was Oksana Gapontseva, a well-known specialist of the Public Research Center for Food Quality, located in the city of Hamburg, Germany. Oksana shared her knowledge and experience in the field of food quality assessment, focusing on such a concept as “German quality” – not just words, but a characteristic feature of this country.
The exchange of experiences between teachers is crucial in today’s academic world. It not only contributes to the expansion of knowledge horizons, but also strengthens professional ties between educational institutions. Such events are an important step in supporting the continuous professional development of our teachers and students.
