Guest lecture from the SLOW FOOD UA

A guest lecture by Yulia Pytenko, leader of the Slow Food Ukraine movement, was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

November 13, 2023 students and teachers of the Department of Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Business and the Department of Economics, Marketing and Entrepreneurship joined the guest lecture of the leader of the Slow Food Ukraine movement Yulia Pytenko.

The guest will talk about the importance of the development of marketing of tourist and gastronomic services, the value of traditional products, local varieties of plants and breeds of domestic selection, about healthy eating habits, about local producers and their work. After all, it is important that the consumer is informed and has the opportunity to consciously choose useful products.

The lecture was informative and useful, it encouraged the emergence of new ideas and creative ideas.
