In such a difficult time for our country, the topic of inclusive development, restoration and building of communities is very important, because the Russian invasion of our country led to a significant humanitarian and social crisis. The main goal of the meeting is the dissemination of European experience and the involvement of young people based on the principles of inclusion. It is important to realize that building an inclusive and gender-sensitive environment is a strategic task of every civilized country, and inclusive education itself is impossible without such key principles as: acceptance of diversity, abilities, skills, support, cooperation, professional development, etc.
Then, after the interesting, informative discussion, a workshop was held for those present entitled “Social and psychological aspects of the consolidation of society in crisis conditions and tools for working with the population, pupils and students”, the moderator of which was the rector of LTSNU, Olena Karaman.
The workshop “Formation of Resilience in the Population in Emergency Situations” was conducted by certified trainers Tetiana Fedotova, a psychologist of the Children’s Town Children’s Educational Institution, and Anton Nazmiiev, a psychologist of the SOS Children’s Village.
A modern person is constantly tested for the strength of his life resistance, especially during the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, so such practices are very useful in our time. The formation and study of resilience is important, also because understanding the human capacity for psychological positive adaptation in adverse circumstances can help mental health specialists develop special psychotechnologies for psychoprophylaxis and the development of resilience, vitality, and stress resistance; development of the ability to independently overcome stressful situations, etc.
The event of summarizing the results of the Conference ended with a discussion of its important issues with feedback and questionnaires.
