A round table “Health-Preserving Space for Workers in the Socio-Economic and Educational Spheres” was held for the Day of the Social Worker.
On November 9, 2023, to the Day of the Social Worker, the Scientific and Research Center for Problems of Social Pedagogy and Social Work of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the Scientific and Research Laboratory of Creative Pedagogy and Public Relations of the Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in partnership with the Yurii Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University, Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, DZVO “University of Education Management”, Academy of International Cooperation in Creative Pedagogy “Polyssia” and Public Organization “Center for Social Innovation and Partnership “Uspih” held a round table “Health-Preserving Space for Workers in the Socio-Economic and Educational Spheres”.
The round table was organized in the creative format of “Five o’clock Tea”, where the participants in an informal setting had the opportunity to discuss such important issues as:
– syndrome of professional burnout of workers in the socio-economic and educational sphere;
– forms and methods of relieving and overcoming stress and relaxation;
– psychological violence as a factor in the loss of health of teaching staff of general secondary education;
– mediation practices in the health care educational space, etc.
The participants also had the opportunity to take part in the master class of the psychologist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Iryna Iliasova, who taught how to apply techniques for normalizing breathing and relieving muscle tension in practice.
The event ended with a scientific discussion on finding ways to preserve the physical and mental health of workers in the socio-economic and educational spheres, as well as further prospects for joint scientific activities.
We wish all participants of the round table to apply the acquired knowledge in practice and always be in a health-preserving space.
