Guest lecture at the ER IEB

An active method of training future financiers is a guest lecture “Financial Reporting and Analysis. Accounting.”

On November 13, 2023, a guest lecture by Yehor Novikov, manager of KPMG’s audit department, was held for students majoring in 072 “Finance, Banking and Insurance” of the bachelor’s level within the framework of the “Accounting” OC “Accounting” and the master’s – OC “Financial and Investment Management” in Ukraine. The event was held via the Zoom platform.

The material was supplemented with an interesting, meaningful multimedia presentation, which was built according to the principle of pictorial and graphic memorization, which contributes to the formation of the necessary professional competences for the future professional activity in the chosen specialty of students. During the lecture, the students received extremely interesting, comprehensive and useful information, and also had the opportunity to consolidate their knowledge in Quiz – an intellectual quiz.

The guest drew detailed attention to the issue of foreign language requirements and professional knowledge for further selection of young people for internships in the company and full-time and part-time employment. We would like to thank our colleagues from the Department of Economics and Finance of DTEU for organizing the event and the honorable speaker for the meaningful lecture!
