“STEM Education: State of Implementation and Development Prospects”

Teachers of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education took part in the International Conference “STEM Education: State of Implementation and Development Prospects”.
Teachers of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education of the ER IPP took part in the 5th International Scientific and Practical Online Conference “STEM Education: State of Implementation and Development Prospects”, which was organized with the support of the “Institute for the Modernization of the Content of Education”.
Within the framework of the conference, relevant and thorough scientific reports of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of STEM education were heard, various scientific projects were presented, participants were invited to various types of partnerships at the international level. They talked about the STEM competence of pedagogues and lecturers, the management capabilities of STEM technology at different levels, the peculiarities of working within the limits of such technology with children of preschool age.
The Professor Svitlana Bader and Associate Professor Tamara Kovalenko also joined the “Robotics” master class, which was organized within the conference and had the opportunity to discuss in the discussion their own achievements and developments of the students of the specialty 012 “Preschool Education” in the field of STEM education.
Currently, teachers of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education are working on the introduction of STEM education ideas into work programs and syllabi of professional and elective educational components for future teachers of preschool education institutions.
