Congratulations on the professional holiday

The Department of Social Pedagogy congratulates all social workers on their professional holiday!

In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 374/99 of April 13, 1999, Social Worker’s Day in Ukraine is traditionally celebrated on the first Sunday of November.

Enshrining this holiday in the calendar shows the state’s high appreciation of the role of specialists who, on a daily basis, ensure the implementation of state policy on issues of social protection, provision of social assistance, employment and labor safety, and the provision of quality social services to various segments of the population in difficult life situations.

This is the day of people whose activities are full of support and charity, who have dedicated themselves to the people, the community and the entire nation of Ukraine.

The Department of Social Pedagogy of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University congratulates all social workers – scientists, practitioners and students on their professional holiday!
