All-Ukrainian Round Table

Teachers of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education took part in the All-Ukrainian Round Table “Modern Preschool Education Institution: Leadership, Digitalization, Future Capital.”

Teachers of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology actively improve their qualifications by participating in master classes, internships, round tables, etc.

So, on October 19, 2023, the teaching staff of the Department took part in the All-Ukrainian Round Table “Modern Preschool Education Institution: Leadership, Digitalization, Future Capital”.

Within the framework of the round table, topical and complex problems related to modern preschool education, innovations in this field, as well as support for the teacher profession were discussed.

A lively discussion was sparked by the speech of Olena Fidanian (Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Executive Body of the Kyiv City Council of the Kyiv City State Administration). Academician Svitlana Sysoieva focused on significant changes in the system of preschool education and reforming the legal framework in the field of preschool education. Professor Olha Reipolska presented the concept of modern social security and the strategy of its implementation in modern conditions.

Practical educators from all over Ukraine, who presented the innovative experience of their own work, representatives of public organizations, etc., also took part in the round table.

During the event, many scientists and practicing educators emphasized the need for systematic work with children not only of preschool age, but also of early age.
