Lecture on women’s health

The ER ICA held a lecture on women’s health dedicated to the All-Ukrainian Day of Fighting Breast Cancer.

On October 3, the lecture “Health. Comfort. Care. How not to harm your health when choosing underwear”, which was conducted by the STEM is FEM educational project and the Ukrainian underwear brand Brabrabra.

Anna Horobets, the head trainer of Brabrabra Lingerie School, gave a lecture on a woman’s lingerie wardrobe: what it should be and how often it needs to be updated. The speaker also talked about how underwear affects health, how breasts change throughout life – and why this is a completely normal process.

The lecture was accompanied by an interactive session, and at the end of the event, everyone could ask the expert questions.

After the lecture, there was an opportunity to go through a bra fitting and get answers to additional questions in the brabusik — the brand’s studio bus, which was parked next to the PUET building.

This lecture was a great opportunity to talk about a still quite taboo topic – women’s health, and in October, the All-Ukrainian Day to fight against breast cancer, which can also be caused by improperly selected underwear, is held. Think about yourself more often and be healthy!
