In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated 12.01.2022, according to the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 119-OD dated 29.09.2023, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of a dissertation for obtaining a degree Doctor of Philosophy by Nazmiiev Anton Oleksandrovych in specialty 231 “Social Work”, field of knowledge 23 “Social Work”.
