A representative of the Faculty of Foreign Languages took part in the conference “Proud to be a Teacher: In Wartime Edition”

On the eve of the international holiday of Teacher’s Day, the Acting Head of the Department of Romance & Germanic Philology, Nailia Khairulina, took part in the first online conference in Ukraine “Proud to be a Teacher: In Wartime Edition.”

In recent years, the world has undergone significant changes, to which it is necessary to adapt constantly, and this especially applies to teachers. In addition, Ukraine’s teachers have faced even more challenges, which must be dealt with without losing the quality of education. Now, it is not just teachers, psychologists, mentors, and a support group for achievers.

“This conference is an effective opportunity to exchange experience, find support, and help each other. Various aspects of teaching during hostilities were considered during the workshops, and the participants shared the acquired knowledge, ideas, and insights. I am sure that all the acquired experience will soon be applied in practical classes in a foreign language,” said Ph.D. Nailia Khairulina.
