International Day of Peace in Professional Colleges

The International Day of Peace is a symbol of hope and compassion for millions of people around the world who seek an end to armed conflict and a world without war.

This feeling is especially relevant today for us Ukrainians. This day is not only a symbolic date, but also an important reminder to the world that a cruel and bloody war is going on in our country.

On September 21, thematic curatorial hours were held at the Professional College of LTSNU and the Starobilsk Professional College of LTSNU. On this day, the UN General Assembly calls on all nations and states to lay down their arms and observe a ceasefire for at least 24 hours. However, the racist enemy launched another missile attack on Ukraine this morning.

Incredible fortitude, courage, endurance above all – this is about our defenders. They give the most valuable thing for peace, for the freedom of Ukraine, for our independence – life, health! With a minute of silence, teachers and students paid their respects to the fallen defenders, among whom are our graduates.

We, the Ukrainian student body, the youth, appreciate and realize the value of the heroic feat performed by the Ukrainian military every day. Among the defenders of Ukraine are graduates of our colleges. Also for them, on the initiative of the student self-government, a flag was signed by teachers and students with words of sincere gratitude and support for the fighting spirit of our Heroes.

Students and teachers of the Professional College of LTSNU and the Starobilsk Professional College of LTSNU will always support and help the Armed Forces of Ukraine by volunteering, weaving nets, and donating.

We are sure that everything will be in Ukraine!
