Admission to the PhD programme

In the conditions of martial law, admission to the PhD programme took place at our university.

Entering postgraduate school is an event full of challenges and incredible opportunities for development for those seeking to immerse themselves in the world of science and research.

Postgraduate and doctoral studies have been successfully operating at our higher education institution for many years. Its functioning is ensured by the presence of a modern research and material base in the university, cooperation with scientific schools that have powerful scientific research in the field of specialties for which highly qualified personnel are trained.

Individuals who have obtained a master’s degree or who have obtained the educational and qualification level of a specialist had the right to submit documents to postgraduate courses for full-time and part-time forms of study for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy on a competitive basis. This year, almost 70 people are entering postgraduate studies.

According to the Order No. 98-OD dated August 15, 2023 “On the Formation of Subject Committees for Entrance Exams to Postgraduate Studies”, for three days, from September 6 to 8, 2023, the university organized and held entrance exams for entrants of the third (educational and scientific ) level of higher education in the field of knowledge 01 – Education/Pedagogy by specialty 011 – Educational, pedagogical sciences, 015 – Professional education (by specialization); 03 – Humanities by specialty 032 – History and archeology, 035 – Philology; 05 – Social and behavioral sciences by specialties 051 – Economics, 052 – Political science; 11 – Mathematics by specialty 111 – Mathematics; 23 – Social work by specialty 231 – Social work.

According to the schedule, the first exam was philosophy, the second was a foreign language, and the third was a professional exam in a specialty.

The commissions included guarantors of educational and scientific programs and experienced university scientists in each specialty.

The training of postgraduate students at the university is carried out both at the expense of legal entities and individuals, and at the expense of the state budget. This year, 7 people have the opportunity to study with state funds.

We wish our future postgraduate students successful studies, scientific achievements and creative effort in further work on writing a dissertation and its defense!
