Educational Programs Presentation

Education program presentation with the participation of LNU teachers has been conducted today.

Our university has been actively working on developing new ways of cooperation and implementing new directions of research and educational activity. That is why Luhansk National University is a permanent participant of international and Ukrainian educational programs aimed to implement European approaches to management of activity and education process at higher educational establishments.

LNU members have been presented two main educational programs our university has joined recently and a monograph on fundraising at the universities.

Mykola Anatoliiovych Semenov has told about implementing the first stage of Program for Development of Leadership Skills of Universities of Ukraine. It is aimed at facilitating renewal of higher education by development of leadership skills of Ukrainian universities. 12 universities have been already chosen to take part in the program. They will obtain grant and mentoring support for educational reforming in Ukraine and will be able to cooperate and share practices with the universities of the United Kingdom. The main task of event is team training on a number of interactive programs, models, concepts and approaches to joint activity that will allow getting more from education.

Educational program “Experience of Implementing Educational Innovations, Strategy of Ukrainian Universities in European Higher Education Environment” has been presented by Valentyna Volodymyrivna Liesnova. This program has been implemented within the framework of the project “Ukrainian Society Reconciliation: from Protest Energy to Creation Energy” performed by Improvement of Management Education Consortium in Ukraine. Participants have attended three main educational establishments of Lviv – Ukrainian Catholic University, Lviv Polytechnic National University and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

International Institute of Education, Culture and Associations with Diaspora of Lviv Polytechnic National University can give us the benefit of its experience. Its Director I. Kliuchkovska has certified of willingness to cooperate.

Presented programs allow creating new professional and personal contacts.

Program presentation has afforded an opportunity to learn about project specifics and tap into their implementation to our university.
