In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated 12.01.2022, according to the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 108-OD dated 25.08.2023, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of a dissertation for obtaining a degree of Doctor of Philosophy by Andrii Yaroslavovych Parfanovych, specialty 231 “Social Work”, field of knowledge 23 “Social Work”.
