Commemorative event to defenders of Ukraine

Participation of students of LTSNU in the commemorative event “Let’s Remember the Dead, Let’s Honor the Living.”

On August 28, 2023, on the eve of the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine, students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in the Lubny City Library for Adults named after V. Leontovych took part in the commemoration event “Let’s Remember the Dead, Let’s Honor the Living”, where they remembered the terrible events near Ilovaisk in 2014.

The event began with a minute of silence, which honored the defenders who, defending the territorial integrity of the state, gave the most valuable thing in the Russian-Ukrainian war – their lives, and expressed gratitude to all fearless Ukrainian soldiers who stand guard for the peace and tranquility of every Ukrainian.
