Independence Day of Ukraine

This year, on August 24, 2023, Ukraine celebrates the 32nd anniversary of its independence.

On this day in 1991 that the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR adopted a resolution and an Act declaring Ukraine a sovereign state. During a full-scale war against the Russian occupiers, Independence Day has a special significance.

We are celebrating another anniversary of independence in conditions of war. News about enemy shelling, constant air warning signals overshadow this holiday. However, we know that we are fighting for a worthy cause, everyone is defending their native land on their own front.

The future of Ukraine, the multiplication of its achievements, the strengthening of statehood depends on each of us, our focus on struggle, patriotism and hard work. No enemy will break us, because our strength is in our unity! Let every hero return home, filled with strength of spirit, inexhaustible energy and unbreakable conviction that Ukraine is above all!

We wish to always believe in our strengths, respect each other, love our country, honor our history, remember everyone who heroically gave their lives for Ukraine and its future. Let the Shevchenko fire of love for our native Ukraine burn brightly in the heart of each of us in the dark hours of the enemy’s brutal attack.

Ukraine will win! Happy Independence Day, Ukrainians! Glory to Ukraine!

With faith in our Victory,
