Regional scholarships for athletes of the ER IPES

Students and teachers of the ER IPES received a regional scholarship according to the Decree of the Head of the Regional State Administration.

For achieving high results at national and international sports competitions, in accordance with the Order of the Head of the Regional State Administration-Chief of the Regional Military Administration Artem Lysohor dated July 24, 2023 No. 145, promising and leading athletes of the Luhansk region were awarded a regional scholarship for the second half of 2023.

Among the scholarship recipients are students and teachers of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University:

MARK LEVANZOV – 3rd-year student majoring in “Physical Culture and Sports” for taking 3rd place at the European Weightlifting Championship U20 got a scholarship for leading athletes from the national teams of Ukraine in Olympic sports in the amount of UAH 9,062;

VIACHESLAV KTITAREV – 1st student majoring in “Physical Culture and Sports” for taking 3rd place at the European Youth Weightlifting Championship got a scholarship for promising athletes from Olympic sports in the amount of UAH 4,531;

MYKOLA BARANNIK – teacher of the Department of Olympic and Professional Sports, Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine, for winning the World Powerlifting Championship in 2022 got a scholarship for leading athletes from non-Olympic sports in the amount of UAH 7,767;

OLEKSANDR DUBOVOI – Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports, master of sports of Ukraine of the international class, for taking the third place at the European Strongman Championship got a scholarship for leading athletes from non-Olympic sports in the amount of UAH 7,767;

OLEKSANDR LUZHBIN – 1st-year student majoring in “Physical Culture and Sports” for taking 2nd place at the 2023 European PowerliftingChampionship among adults and juniors got a scholarship for leading athletes from non-Olympic sports in the amount of UAH 7,767;

NATALIA OLIINYK – 1st-year student majoring in “Physical Culture and Sports” for taking 1st place at the European Powerlifting Championship in 2022 got a scholarship for leading athletes – persons with disabilities in the amount of UAH 9,062.
