Participation in the Youth Summer Camp “Youth on the Way to Building Peace”.

On June 26, 2023, as part of the international project “Prevention of Gender-Based Violence, Human Trafficking and Violation of Children’s Rights” with the support of the donor organization “Bread for the World” (Federal Republic of Germany) and the NGO “La Strada-Ukraine”, the opening of the Youth Summer Camp began “Youth on the Way to Building Peace”. The project is designed for the period of 2023-2025 and is aimed at social cohesion and activity of students of higher education institutions of Ukraine in combating domestic violence and bullying, resolving conflicts peacefully.

The second-year master’s student majoring in 014.021 “Secondary Education. English Language and Literature” Vsevolod Danylchuk represented Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University among students of other higher education institutions of Ukraine.

During training at the camp, the participants were able to theoretically and practically work out the principles of gender education; issues of preventing and countering manifestations of domestic violence and countering bullying. In the process of practical classes and trainings, master the basic skills of coaching, facilitation and conflict theory.

Camp participants received training certificates and joined the cohesive team of the youth network of the National Coaching Network of the NGO “La Strada-Ukraine”.
