Online meeting with the Employment Center regarding obtaining a study voucher.

On June 21, an online meeting was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University with Tetiana Kolesnik, the representative of the Lubny branch of the Poltava Regional Employment Center – the head of the recruiting department and interaction with employers regarding obtaining a study voucher.

The following were present at the meeting: Rector Olena Karaman, Chairman of the Academic Council Vitalii Kurylo, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Yaroslava Yurkiv, scientific and pedagogical employees of the university (directors, deans, and teachers).

The issue of receiving a voucher for persons who are not registered as unemployed and who meet certain requirements and have the opportunity to improve their professional level or acquire a new profession or specialty with the help of a voucher for free training, upon completion of which they will receive a state-standard education diploma, was discussed.

Tetiana Kolesnik told and explained step by step the procedure for obtaining a voucher, which categories of citizens can receive it, the cost of the voucher, where you can get acquainted with the list of professions and specialties, educational institutions, how to fill out the application form for a voucher from the State Employment Service.

A voucher is a document that is issued once and gives the right to study free of charge according to the approved list of professions and specialties at the expense of the Fund of the Compulsory State Social Insurance of Ukraine in case of unemployment.

From June 1, 2023, you can apply for a study voucher online. The application is processed by the employment service within 3 working days.

In order to apply, you need:

• go to the portal of the State Employment Service via the link: https://is.gd/quzCHf ;
• fill out the online form to receive the service (the application is automatically sent to the appropriate department of the employment center);
• expect a message from the career counselor about further actions to the indicated e-mail or your mobile phone number.

The value of the voucher is no more than 10 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is almost UAH 27,000.
