Training “ChatGPT. The Artificial Intelligence and the Integrity Issue”

Participation in the training “ChatGPT. The Artificial Intelligence and the Integrity Issue”.

On June 8, in Kyiv, Volodymyr Matievskyi and Ihor Zhurba, teachers of the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies and the Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences took part in the training “ChatGPT. The Artificial Intelligence and the Integrity Issue”.

ChatGPT is an AI-powered chatbot that can communicate in real-time, even in the form of an argument, as well as debug code and write scripts, poems and text content in seconds. The technology was presented by the company OpenAI, one of the founders of which was Elon Musk. The universal bot appeared in November 2022 and immediately flew around the world. It was implemented with the help of the Azure AI supercomputer, and as a language model, the technology from OpenAI – GPT-3.5 was used.

The training program was very interesting and rich, namely:

– Artificial intelligence for teaching;
– How to write instructions for ChatGPT;
– Artificial intelligence for conducting research.

During the training, participants learned more about chatbots, artificial intelligence and much more. This technology opens up new perspectives for learning and development in the university environment, improving the quality of education and providing an interactive and stimulating learning environment.

The training took place within the framework of the project “Support of displaced higher education institutions by the EU in the east of Ukraine”, implemented by UNDP within the framework of the UN Program for Reconstruction and Peacebuilding with the financial support of the European Union.
