Guest lecture by the French journalist Emma Audrey

A guest lecture by the French journalist Emma Audrey was held for students of the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Journalism and the Faculty of Foreign Languages.

On June 9, 2023, a meeting of teachers and students of the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology, Journalism and the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University with Emma Audrey, a French investigative journalist and member of the European Federation of Journalists, took place on the Google Meet platform. The media journalist actively works to cover such socially important topics as social movements in France, human rights violations and the war in Ukraine. Recently, Ms. Emma has been acting as a documentary director, producer. She is a witness to the crimes and genocide committed by the Russians against the Ukrainians.

Topic of the guest lecture: “Coverage of the Events of the War in Ukraine in Foreign Mass Media.” The event was timed to the Journalist’s Day of Ukraine, a holiday traditionally celebrated on June 6.
