Meeting of the Specialized Council

A Specialized Council meeting was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

On June 8, 2023, the defense of the dissertation of Olga Golovko for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 015 – Professional education (by specializations) on the topic “Formation of Democratic Culture of Future Education Managers by Means of Nonformal Learning” took place at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. The research supervisor was Liudmyla Havrilova, Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor, Head of the Department of Theory and Practice of Primary Education of the Donbas State Pedagogical University.

The Council was chaired by Maria Pochinkova, Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The reviewers were Svitlana Shekhavtsova, Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University; Viktoriia Shvyrka, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The opponents were Nataliia Tkachova, Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor, H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, Lesia Lebedyk, Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor, Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University. 

According to the decision of the Specialized Academic Council and the results of the open voting of the members of the Council, the recipient was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
