Oleksandr Dubovoi, Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports, was awarded the badge “For Promoting the Revival of Luhansk Region”.

Oleksandr Dubovoi, the Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports, master of sports of Ukraine of international class, world champion in powerlifting, world record holder, multiple champion of international and national tournaments was awarded the badge “For Promoting the Revival of Luhansk Region” for his active lifestyle in the field of physical culture and sports, high professionalism and conscientious work. Oleksandr Dubovoi was awarded according to the order of the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration – the head of the Regional Military-Civilian Administration No. 130-k Artem Lysogor, dated 31.05.2023.
