Defenses of qualification papers have begun at the ER ICA

The defense of qualification papers took place at the Department of Fine and Decorative and Applied Arts.

On May 29, the students of the Educational and Research Institute of Culture and Arts of the EP “Fine Art, Decorative Art, Restoration” defended their qualifying works. The head of the certification commission was Tetiana Saienko, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Fine Arts Department of V.G. Korolenko Poltava National Pedagogical University. 

The bachelor’s students described their diploma theses, talked about the stages of implementation, the embedded meaning and implemented ideas. After the defense of each work, the commission members asked questions to the students. The defense took place both face-to-face and online. 

Among the diploma works were: Oleksii Korshunov – the painting “Hunting”, Marina Kutsenko – the painting “Still Life”, Yelyzaveta Borovenska – the easel composition “Landscape”, Maria Primak – a triptych of graphic works “My Magical Universe, Dove Me Gently, Gently”, Andrii Fedorov – digital painting “Magic Night”.

Andrii Fedorov and Oleksii Korshunov received the highest grade of “excellent”.

The students obtained decent marks for their diploma works, but first of all they acquired high skills during their studies at the Department of Fine and Decorative and Applied Arts.
