Participation in the webinar from the EU

The university team within the framework of the project “Intensification of Influence of Teachers of Luhansk Region on the Processes of Reconciliation and Peace-Building” took part in a webinar from the EU.

On July 29-30, 2020, a webinar on the topic “Communication Strategy Planning” was held for communication specialists of EU projects in Ukraine. For 5 hours, the university team, consisting of 10 people, listened to interesting and important information for themselves from Olena Lobova, partner of the communication agency E`COMM and NGO “Change Communication”, the leader of the communication development of EU projects in the project “Communicating Europe in Ukraine”.

The following issues were discussed at the webinar:

  • Situational analysis
  • What is insight? How to find it?
  • Communication tasks. Communication messages
  • Creative concept. Big idea
  • Choice of communication channels, including media and digital channels
  • Communication plan. Budget and resources

The webinar was informative and understandable. Despite the online format, the communication between the participants was lively, and the proposed tasks were completed quickly and interestingly. Thanks to this event, communication project specialists were able to learn about the steps to prepare an effective communication strategy and plan, considered in detail the situational analysis, the structure of the communication flow, the ratio of the target audience and stakeholders, communication goals, etc.

Thanks to the organizer for a meaningful, interesting, modern webinar. The university team was able to expand their knowledge and receive valuable advice.
