Registration of electronic offices has started!
Today, the procedure for registering electronic offices for admission to higher educational institutions has started.
According to the conditions of admission to higher education institutions the entrants to the Bachelor’s degree on the basis of full general secondary education for full-time and part-time forms of study, (except those who have the right to participate in the competition according to the results of entrance examinations, interview and out of competition) will submit applications only in the electronic form.
In 2017, the entrant must register on the Internet site: http://ez.osvitavsim.org.ua.
During the registration on the electronic receipt site, the entrant should indicate the following data:
- The email address;
- The number, pin-code and year of receipt of the certificate of external independent evaluation;
- The series and number of the certificate of full general secondary education;
- The average score of the appendix to the specified certificate, calculated on the 12-point scale, rounded to the tenth of a point.
Also, the entrant must upload a scanned copy (photocopy) of the annex to the document on the total general secondary education and a 3×4 cm color photograph that will be submitted to a higher education institution.
After registering on the site in the personal electronic office and entering the relevant data, the entrant chooses a higher educational institution, an educational degree, a tender proposal and sets the priority of the application for participation in the competitive selection for enrollment in the state order.
After filing an electronic application, it is immediately displayed at the higher educational institution, chosen by the entrant. At this point, the electronic application receives the status “Registered in the Single Database”.
If a technical error is found in the application, the admission committee informs the entrant about it, after which the entrant can submit a new application.
If a person is recommended for enrollment on the budget places, the electronic application acquires the status “Recommended for enrollment”. After that, the entrant must fulfill the requirements for enrollment, including the submission of relevant documents.
