Scientific Activity
Department of Physical Therapy, Ergotherapy and Human Health performs researches within the following subjects: “Methods, Theory and Practice of Training Specialists in Human Health and Valeological Education”, “Methods, Theory and Practice of Formation of Health Culture for Children, Students and Adult Population”, “Formation of Health Culture for Youth with Special Needs among Rehabilitation Events”.
Department of Olympic and Professional Sports develops complex subject in scientific direction “Theoretical and Methodological Basis for Training Physical Culture and Health Culture of Students (subject of education in norm and with special needs)” (state registered number – 0110U000394).
Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Education performs scientific projects “Theory and Methods of Industry-Specific Training in Sport Direction at Higher School under the Conditions of Continuing Education”, complex project “Theoretical Basis of Physical and Aesthetic Education of Children and Youth as Main Condition for Development of their Personal Physical Culture”, “Theory and Methods of Applying Innovative Technologies for Professional Training of Future Specialists in Physical Education”. The Department cooperates with other educational establishments, including: Belarusian State University of Physical Training; State University of Physical Education and Sports of Republic of Moldova; Kharkiv Academy of Physical Culture; Institute of Problems on Education of APS of Ukraine.
Teachers of the Department of Sport Disciplines work on scientific problems “Formation of Student Movement Skills in the Course of Physical Education” and “Research of High-Skilled Sportsmen Activity”.
Department of Physical Education researches the problem “Formation of Healthy Lifestyle of Students of Pedagogical University during Learning and Extra-Curricular Activity” and conducts researches in the following directions: “Organizational and Methodological Basis, Structure, Content, Forms and Methods of Students Training” and “Formation of Health Culture of University Youth”.
